FOOD FOR THOUGHT






1. Chili calamari and dill and tomato salad.
2. Gluten free cereal, soya yogurt, fresh berries and mint.
3. Prep for Sunday roast.
4. Red cabbage, red onion and beetroot slaw with balsamic and caper dressing.
5. Polenta and olive oil, orange drizzle cake. Own recipe.
