I've been ill all week and now all weekend. Too tired to post and I've not hooked up broadband in the new house yet.

I was reading on Style Bubble about ChiChi's Colour Zone and their Cinderella Party dress.



Then noticed something very similar by Rare for Topshop. I love a good rip off but I guess not when the person being ripped off is an independent designer. I love and loathe Topshop, they will be their own downfall!

Shag Shoes

Shag Shoes, based in South Carolina, have based their designs for over 25 years on the dance shoes of the 1920's - 1940's. Taking its name from the well known dance 'The Shag'. I like the mesh.

This dress was bought under three conditions...
I'm determined not to buy any more black clothes.
I'm optimistic that summer has arrived.
I promise to alter clothes and not just leave them never to be worn.

The hem needs taken up to the knee but once it's done it'll look good with a sleeveless denim jacket and a tan.

TOPSHOP CRISIS!

A very kind friend of mine gave me a Topshop giftcard as a thank you but I have no idea what to do with it. I was thinking about the Jonathan Sauders dress but my boyfriend told me it looked like a wet suit. I've always hated women who refused to buy something or ended up returning something because their boyfiends or husbands didn't like it but I think I may have fallen victim to this, just a little bit.

Well thank god we don't tell them what we think of what they wear.
